대상지는 작은 공원을 면하고 있으며 인근의 걷고싶은거리 및 대학가와 인접하여 문화적 잠재력을 가진 곳이다. 작지만“도심 속의 오아시스”이자 Object와 같은 인상적인 외부공간을 연출하여 장소성을 갖도록 했다. 비어있으되 강요받지 않는 장소로서, 소소한 행위를 유도하는 장치로 나무그늘과 광장, 잔잔한 수공간을 단순하게 계획하였다. 이곳은 일상적인 휴식과 담소, 전시와 공연과 같은 퍼포먼스를 담아내는 광진구의 작은 문화마당이 되기를 바란다.

The location is close to a park, walkway and colleges where abundant culture comes together, and the concept of design was to create "an urban oasis." By presenting a rememberable space such as object, it was designed to have locational characteristics. The outdoor space is made of tree shades, square and serene water space that is not crowded and natural, and it functions as a small cultural square of Gwangjin-gu for talks, exhibitions and performances.
